BCG Stockholm is the hub of BCG Nordic. Measured on business performance and employee satisfaction, BCG Nordic is one of the most successful office systems in BCG worldwide. The other BCG Nordic offices are located in Copenhagen, Helsinki, and Oslo. The offices work together as one integrated system with constant interaction among regional colleagues, sharing opportunities to transfer freely among offices.
BCG Stockholm serves leading companies in the region and has enjoyed very high annual growth over recent years. Today the team supports clients with a wide range of services, from general business strategy consulting to information technology strategy, focusing on the financial services, technology and communications, industrial goods, consumer goods, and health care sectors.
As part of the Nordic community, BCG Stockholm engages in pro bono work for companies and organizations about which our employees feel strongly, such as the Astrid Lindgren Children's Hospital.
BCG Nordic believes in the importance of creativity, analytical skills, and entrepreneurship and looks for these talents in its people. These abilities help create solutions that deliver a clear competitive advantage for our clients. To foster these strengths, the BCG Stockholm office environment features limited hierarchies, great respect for individuals, and an atmosphere that promotes personal growth.
More than 10 nationalities are represented on BCG Stockholm's staff. Through BCG's Ambassador Program, which sponsors exchanges of consultants among BCG offices, team members have enjoyed prolonged stays in Sydney, Shanghai, Dallas, Chicago, New York, and Kuala Lumpur.
To spice up life outside of work, the BCG Nordic staff organizes several annual events and outings. For example, our autumn crayfish party is known to BCG offices as far away as Sydney and Shanghai and features a strong local flavor, in every sense of the word. BCG Stockholm also hosts an annual black-tie, end-of-year holiday party and regular spring outings.
