Analysis and Recommendations
This section requires you to analyze selected information, summarize your findings, and present recommendations to the client.

As with almost all project work, you won't have the time to do as much analysis as you would like. The clock will continue to run as you ask each question. Keep this in mind as you select the data you would like to have.

With each question, you will be scored according to both the significance of the question and time. The more significant the questions you select, the higher your score in the topic area will be. But each question takes time to answer because of the need to find and interpret the data. Consequently, each answer deducts a predetermined number of days from the project calendar.

You can make a recommendation whenever you feel you have learned enough to make a persuasive argument to support your conclusions. Each answer you receive is recorded in the notebook, which opens in a separate browser window. You can refer to it at any time.

When you're confident that you're ready to make a recommendation to the Trevor's Toys management, click on the "Make recommendation" button. This will display a window through which you can propose a number of courses of action. Afterward, you'll receive feedback on your analysis.

Remember, the clock is ticking!
You have just 60 days (12 weeks) to complete the case for the Trevor's Toys management team. Your ability to quickly discern and ask relevant questions and to recognize where the 80/20 rule applies will help you make an informed recommendation without performing hours of needless work. To help you gauge your efficiency, we've assigned each question a time value, which is displayed next to the question. Keep an eye on the calendar to track how much time you have left.

Good Luck!
