BCG launches partnership with Harvard Business School to evaluate the way we work and study case teams.
2006-2007
The PTO pillars and structure are developed, and the program is launched as a pilot in our Boston office.
2008-2010
PTO is rolled out across BCG's U.S. systems, and additional pilot programs are launched in London and Sao Paulo.
2011
Acceleration of global roll-out, including all offices in North and South America, as well as our offices in Tokyo, Brussels, Moscow, Finland, Italy, and Australia.
2012
PTO will be implemented in 80 percent of BCG's offices worldwide as we move toward bringing it to all of our locations.
