Megan Lyon

Recruiting Partner

Megan is a Partner and Managing Director in the BCG Los Angeles office. She earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Prior to BCG, Megan worked for the E&J Gallo Winery in a variety of finance roles. Megan joined BCG full time in 2007, after being a summer consultant in 2006. Her project work to date has focused on consumer goods companies with a functional emphasis on marketing and sales, as well as market entry strategy.

Elisa Ferrarotti

Recruiting Lead

Elisa is a graduate of English Literature and Language from Hull University, U.K., and also studied Business Information Management after her graduation. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she currently has the title of Recruiting Lead. Outside work her interests include literature and rock music, and in her spare time she enjoys swimming in the ocean.

Sam Farley

Recruiting Director, Associates

Sam is a Principal who transferred to Los Angeles from Melbourne as our second 2014 Ambassador. Sam joined BCG as a Consultant in 2011. Prior to joining BCG he worked for Porsche Consulting in Germany, where he was responsible for creating and implementing lean production and logistics systems in the software, aerospace and airline industries. Sam holds an MBA from IE in Madrid and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from R.M.I.T. in Melbourne. Sam is a core member of the Consumer and Retail practice areas and also has experience in Industrial Goods. Sam is an outdoor enthusiast who loves sports and great food.

John Wilson

Recruiting Director, Summer Associate

John Wilson, Project Leader, joined BCG in January 2013. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and completed a triple major in Economics, Political Science, and Business from the University of California, Berkeley. John began his career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company followed by two years as an Associate with ClearLight Partners, a middle market private equity fund. Immediately prior to business school, John spent a year with ACCION International’s social venture capital fund, where he evaluated microfinance and technology related investment opportunities in developing markets. Since joining BCG, John has worked on Corporate Development and Strategy cases in the Financial Services and Industrials areas, and recently completed an exciting pro-bono project with LA’s 2024 Olympic Bid Committee. He is currently based in the Los Angeles office and is actively involved in the office’s Social Committee. He has also spent a year in the Kuala Lumpur office as part of the Ambassador program. In his spare time, John enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, politics, and movies/pop culture.

Harshit Sedani

School Specialist

Harshit Sedani is a Consultant in the Los Angeles office. He joined BCG in 2014 as an Associate, and has worked on projects related to corporate development, the public sector and consumer/retail operations. He graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College. He can speak Hindi, Gujarat and Japanese and in his free time enjoys following European soccer.

Andrew Holmberg

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Andrew Holmberg is a Project Leader in the New York office, having joined BCG as a Summer Consultant. Andrew oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He holds a BA in Public Policy Studies and a BS in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining BCG, Andrew worked at the FBI in doing internal strategy.

Full-time employment, beginning Fall 2017:
Between September 1st and 18th, 2016, interested undergraduate and master degree candidates graduating in 2017 should submit an application using our Claremont Colleges online application. Applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Undergraduate transcripts, as well as master's transcripts (if applicable), including GPA for both undergrad and master degrees
  • All standardized test scores (SAT, GRE, etc.) broken down by quantitative and verbal sections (including percentiles)


Summer Internship employment, beginning Summer 2017:
Between January 3rd and January 22nd, 2017, interested undergraduate and master degree candidates graduating in 2018 should submit an application using our Claremont Colleges online application. Applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Undergraduate transcripts, as well as master's transcripts (if applicable), including GPA for both undergrad and master degrees
