Jon Kaplan

Recruiting Partner and Managing Director

Jon Kaplan, partner and managing director, Chicago, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2007 and is an active member of the Health Care practice area. Prior to joining BCG, Jon was a senior partner in the firms of Accenture, Ernst & Young, and Diamond. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management as well as an AB in economics from Cornell University and an MPH in biostatistics from the University of Pittsburgh. In his leisure time, Jon serves on the boards of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Arthritis Foundation and Junior Achievement.

Lisa Axelrod

Head of Kellogg Recruiting

Lisa oversees Kellogg recruiting for BCG. Before joining BCG, she worked as a consultant at Deloitte and cofounded The Kindness Connection, a not-for-profit service-learning organization. She holds a BA in English from Colorado College and an MBA from Kellogg. Lisa is based in BCG’s Chicago office.

Jane Gagnon

North American Specialist for Class of 2017

Jane Gagnon, Consultant, Chicago, joined The Boston Consulting Group as a summer Consultant in 2013 and returned as a full time Consultant in 2014 after earning her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Jane holds a B.A. in English from Harvard University. Prior to joining BCG, Jane worked at an education start-up in Boston. In her spare time, Jane enjoys travel, pub trivia, and pretending she likes to run.

Kate Rapisarda

North American Specialist for the Class of 2018

Kate Rapisarda is a Consultant in BCG's Chicago office. Kate joined BCG as a summer Consultant in 2015 and returned as a full time Consultant in 2016 after earning her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Kate holds a B.S in Biology from Yale University. Prior to joining BCG, Kate worked for Teach for America and Teach for India.

Missy Heck

Recruiting Assistant

Missy coordinates BCG's North America recruiting efforts at Kellogg. She joined BCG in 2016 and holds a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication from The University of Wisconsin - Madison. Please contact Missy with questions about applications, events, and the recruiting process.

Andrew Holmberg

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Andrew Holmberg is a Project Leader in the New York office, having joined BCG as a Summer Consultant. Andrew oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He holds a BA in Public Policy Studies and a BS in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining BCG, Andrew worked at the FBI in doing internal strategy.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Associate

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Associate, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
