Alexandra Halbardier

Consultant Recruiting Director

Alex Halbardier, Project Leader, Dallas, joined BCG as a Consultant in 2012. Alex graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with an AB in Comparative Literature and earned her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. While at BCG, Alex has consulted to clients primarily in the retail and consumer goods industries, with an emphasis on marketing, branding and sales strategy. She is also active in Women@BCG. In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants, and reading fiction (particularly anything that comes in a trilogy)!

Shane Proch-Wilson

Recruiting Director Class of 2018

Shane Proch-Wilson, Project Leader, Dallas joined BCG as an intern in 2012, and returned full time in 2013. He graduated from the Emory University with a BS in Environmental Studies and earned an MBA in finance from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. At The Boston Consulting Group, he has consulted to corporate clients in the travel & tourism, retail, healthcare, insurance industries as well as in the social impact space. He is also part of the leadership team of the BCG LGBT Network. He enjoys spending time with his husband and dog, traveling, playing soccer, and cooking/eating great food.

Keith Melker

Recruiting Director

Keith Melker, Partner and Managing Director, Dallas, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He has deep interest in Consumer thinking and behavior and is primarily focused on the Consumer and Retail industries. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he served as Co-President of the HBS Student Association. He earned a BBA withSpecial Distinction from The University of Oklahoma with majors in Finance and Management Information Systems. Prior to attending graduate school, Keith worked for Reliant Energy in Houston in their wholesale business. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, traveling, playing and watching sports, and being outdoors.

Shannon Terlip

Shannon joined BCG Texas in December 2011. She attended the University of North Texas and received her BA in Entrepreneurship. Prior to BCG, she worked as an Assistant Buyer for a clothing boutique. In her free time, Shannon enjoys working out, playing sports (especially tennis), fashion, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Caleigh Campbell

Recruiting Assistant

Caleigh joined The Boston Consulting Group after she graduated from The University of Texas (hook 'em!) in 2016. She received her BS in Communication Studies and earned the Business Foundations Certificate. In her free time, Caleigh enjoys spending time with her friends and family, doing yoga, and exploring Dallas.

Dustin Deas

Team Lead

Dustin Deas joined the Dallas office of The Boston Consulting Group in August 2014 and is currently a Consultant. He graduated from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Business Honors and earned his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to BCG Dustin worked as an Associate for Neuberger Berman where he focused on sourcing and evaluating private equity investments. At The Boston Consulting Group, his work has been focused in consumer retail and energy. He enjoys golf, fly fishing, scuba diving, running, snowboarding, skiing, and reading.

Robert Minor

School Specialist

Robert Minor, Consultant, joined BCG Dallas in 2015 (Summer Intern 2014). He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and earned his MBA at The University of Texas at Austin. Between undergrad and business school, Robert worked at GE Energy in Dallas focused on design and layout of electrical distribution equipment for electric vehicle infrastructure. At The Boston Consulting Group, his work has been focused in the telecom and technology space. He enjoys golf, running, trying new restaurants with his wife and watching sports.

Laura Weiss

Consultant

Laura Weiss, Consultant, Dallas, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2016, after working as a summer intern in the same office in 2015. She graduated from Tulane University with a BA in Political Economy and earned her MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Prior to business school, Laura worked at Teach for America, serving as a teacher in the South Bronx and then supporting the organization’s fundraising and public relations efforts in Florida. She enjoys participating in all types of water sports including scuba diving and wake boarding and spending time with her fiancé.

JT Jacobs

Consultant

JT Jacobs, Consultant, Houston, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2016, after working as a summer intern in the same office in 2015. He graduated from Princeton University with a BA in Social Sciences and earned his MBA at The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to BCG, JT worked for Newport Global Advisors, an investment firm focused on private equity and high-yield debt. He has also worked for Adidas and United Healthcare. His hobbies include CrossFit, golf, spending time with my fiancée and their dog.

Julie Cook

Recruiting Lead

Julie joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2014. Prior to joining the BCG recruiting team, Julie worked in professional services recruiting and at the executive office of her sorority, Tri Delta. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from The University of Iowa and a master's degree in higher education administration from Western Illinois University. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, home improvement projects, and being outside.

Andrew Holmberg

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Andrew Holmberg is a Project Leader in the New York office, having joined BCG as a Summer Consultant. Andrew oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He holds a BA in Public Policy Studies and a BS in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining BCG, Andrew worked at the FBI in doing internal strategy.
