Troy Andre

Recruiting Partner

Troy joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2004, and is a Partner and Managing Director in the Washington, DC office. Troy’s work at BCG focuses on Sales and Marketing with both Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods companies. Prior to joining BCG, Troy worked as a researcher in both theoretical and experimental particle physics. Troy holds a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Chicago and graduated from the University of Rochester with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics.

Monica Baldwin

Recruiting Coordinator

Monica joined BCG in 2010 and supports the ADC recruiting efforts for the Washington, DC office. Prior to joining the DC office in 2015, Monica was a recruiter for BCG's Boston office, primarily focused on Associate and off-cycle hires. Monica has also spent time in BCG's Global Services and Madrid offices working on global risk mitigation and management for BCG's largest global events. Monica holds a B.A. in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.

Buzz Maslov

Recruiting Director

Buzz Maslov, Project Leader, Washington, DC, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2013. His cases have focused primarily on Consumer Goods/ Retail and Professional/Financial Services, where he has worked on developing strategic growth initiatives and designing efficient organizational structures. Prior to joining BCG, Buzz was an antitrust attorney focusing on the regulatory clearance of mergers and acquisitions, both in private practice and with the Federal Government. Buzz holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a JD from Harvard Law School. In his free time, Buzz enjoys cooking, board games, and reading about science and technology.

Andrew Holmberg

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Andrew Holmberg is a Project Leader in the New York office, having joined BCG as a Summer Consultant. Andrew oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He holds a BA in Public Policy Studies and a BS in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining BCG, Andrew worked at the FBI in doing internal strategy.

Erin Morehouse

NAMR ADC Recruiting Manager

Erin supports ADC recruiting efforts from BCG's target North American campuses. Prior to her current role, Erin served as both Recruiting Associate and Coordinator in BCG's New York Metro offices, based out of New York City, where she supported both MBA and ADC consultant hiring. Prior to joining BCG, she was a member of the on campus recruitment team of Marakon Associates and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. She is currently based in BCG's Detroit office where she is pursuing her MBA at the University of Michigan.

Riti Vats

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Riti joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Prior to BCG, she worked as a Recruiter at Sabre. Riti received her B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. In her free time, Riti loves to travel, hit the gym, and spend time with family and friends.
