Dan Bodley

Project Leader, Toronto Associate Recruiting Director

Dan is the current Associate Recruiting Director for the Toronto Office and an active member of BCG's consumer practice area. During his time at BCG he has worked in five countries, including a one year in the Tokyo office. His focus has been in new business development, growth strategy, and the impact of digital technologies on the consumer industry. Prior to BCG, Dan was active in the e-commerce space, completing an internship with e-commerce Retailer Rakuten. Dan received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated as a Baker’s Scholar. He also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemical Engineering from Queen’s University. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, live theater, basketball and working on his Japanese language skills.

Matthew Page

Consultant, Richard Ivey Captain: HBA

Matthew joined the Toronto office as an Associate in August 2013. Matthew earned his Honors of Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, graduating on the Dean's List. Prior to joining BCG, Matt worked at PepsiCo in various roles of the foods division. Over 4 years Matt worked in sales, supply chain and most recently integrated Supply Chain Planning where he supported the Canadian supply chain group to create high impact improvements to the business. At BCG, Matt's case experience has been in the consumer goods, insurance, financial services & telecom industries. Matt is a former competitive hockey player and continues to regularly play a variety of sports such as hockey and golf.

Carmen Rendall

Recruiting Coordinator

Carmen recently joined BCG in 2016 as a Recruiting Coordinator, and looks after Associate hiring from our core local campuses. Prior to working for BCG, Carmen worked in the legal industry and was most recently responsible for the management and coordination of campus recruiting and student programming at McMillan LLP. She graduated with Honours from the Law Clerk program at Humber College and began her career specializing in litigation and general corporate/commercial law as a law clerk. In her spare time, Carmen enjoys golfing, cooking and spending time at the cottage.

Jason Vickers

Principal, Toronto Consultant Recruiting Director

Jason Vickers is a Principal & Consultant Recruiting Director in BCG’s Toronto office. He first joined the firm as a Summer Consultant in 2011, and returned full-time in 2012.
He primarily works with clients in the Media, Telecommunications, and Consumer Goods sectors.  His project work has been focused on Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, Value Creation Programs, as well as various Organization topics.  Prior to BCG Jason worked at another consulting firm.
Jason earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated with distinction. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, where he graduated with First Class Honours, and competed as a member of the Varsity Golf Team.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 1-year old son, golfing, skiing, and following the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Deep Dhillon

Project Leader, Richard Ivey Captain: MBA

Deep Dhillon is a Project Leader with BCG's Toronto office. Since joining BCG in 2014, Deep has worked primarily with clients in financial services. He has also been involved in social impact work prior to and during his time at BCG, and recently volunteered a month of his time to work on fundraising strategies with the United Way. Deep is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) who spent four years as an engineering consultant with Stantec Consulting, working primarily on the project management and electrical design of two new hospitals in the Edmonton area. Prior to Stantec, he worked in a sales role with Bell and ranked in the top 3% of nationwide sales, leading to him taking on a sales coaching and training role. Deep obtained his MBA in 2013 from the Richard Ivey School of Business, where he also served as the MBA Association President. While at Ivey, he completed the Health Sector stream and is now designated as a Certified Health Executive (CHE) by the Canadian College of Health Leaders. He also received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta in 2006. Deep enjoys playing basketball, taking in live concerts and is in the early stages of learning how to play the guitar.

Adriana Moran

Recruiting Associate

Adriana joined BCG in August 2014, and looks after Consultant hiring, as well as International Associates. Prior to working for BCG, Adriana completed a summer internship in The Investors Group where she assisted the recruitment process to staff a new office. She also obtained international experience during a three-month internship in Venezuela in a consumer goods organization. Adriana holds an Honours Bachelor in Human Resource Management degree from York University graduating with the distinction of Dean’s Honour Roll. In her spare time Adriana enjoys cooking, watching movies, and travelling around the world.

Lawrence Kuo

Recruiting Partner

Lawrence Kuo is a Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm as an Associate in 1999 after working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at a startup in the Silicon Valley. Since joining BCG, Lawrence has developed strategies to enhance growth, drive operational efficiency and restructure organizations. He has also managed client relationships across telecom, media, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. In 2007, Lawrence left BCG and joined Rogers Communications. Lawrence first joined the strategy group at Rogers as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning. In this role, he worked to develop and implement key strategic initiatives across the Wireless, Cable and Media companies. Lawrence subsequently held the position of Vice President, Video Product Management where he was responsible for delivering $1.9B in video revenue. After spending almost 6 years with Rogers, Lawrence returned to BCG as a Principal in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University, a Master of Science from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia University. When not at work, Lawrence enjoys running, skiing, playing piano and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
