Taylor Smith

Recruiting Partner

Taylor Smith, partner and managing director, New York office, joined BCG in 2005. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Williams College. While at BCG, Taylor has worked across a variety of industries, with a focus on consumer and retail. Prior to BCG, Taylor was an associate at Lehman Brothers. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, exploring the New York restaurant scene, and complaining about the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.

Kiersten Stein

Northeast Recruiting Manager

Kiersten is the Northeast Recruiting Manager for BCG. She joined the New York office in 2000. Since then she has been actively involved in many aspects of the recruiting process, and is especially passionate about integrating new consultants into BCG culture. Kiersten graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business and Psychology.

Janet Raiffa

Recruiting Manager

Janet joined BCG as the Recruiting Manager for the New York office in 2015. Prior to joining she was a career coach and career advisor at Columbia Business School for six years, focusing on students targeting both banking and consulting. Janet's previous work experience includes over 10 years working as a campus recruiter, diversity recruiter and recruiting manager for banking, consulting and law in the US, UK and India. She holds an MA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in American Studies and a BA in English from Dartmouth College. She is the proud mom of a kindergarten student, and is an avid consumer of media and restaurant meals.

Ranjan Ramchandani

Second-Year Global Specialist

Ranjan Ramchandani, Project Leader, started at BCG NY in September of 2008 as an associate after having received his BA from New York University. He spent 2 years in the New York office before taking time to go to Columbia Business School, from which he graduated with an MBA. He returned to BCG full-time in September 2013 and has worked in a variety of industries, focusing mostly on healthcare and financial services clients. In his spare time, Ranjan plays in a band and sits on the board of an arts non-profit. He also enjoys traveling and good food and drink.

Alessandro Presti

First-Year Global Specialist

Alessandro Presti, Project Leader, New York, was a Summer Consultant with BCG before joining full-time in 2013. He received both JD and MBA degrees from Columbia University, and a BA in History and Economics from Yale University. Prior to law and business school, Alessandro was an Analyst at Oliver Wyman in New York, and worked in Santiago, Chile with Endeavor, a non-profit dedicated to supporting high-impact entrepreneurs. In his spare time, Alessandro enjoys skiing, playing squash, and scuba diving.

Elena Bonifacio

Diversity School Specialist

Elena Bonifacio, Consultant, New York, was a summer consultant with BCG before joining full-time in 2013. She received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA in Psychology and American Studies from Williams College. Prior to business school, Elena was a senior research manager at The Nielsen Company. You can often find Elena cheering on the New York Giants at Metlife stadium, trying to find a new favorite restaurant, or watching her favorite TV shows.

Jeremy Hardy

LGBT School Specialist

Jeremy Hardy, Consultant, New Jersey, joined the Boston Consulting Group as a summer consultant in 2013 and returned as a full-time consultant in September 2014. Before joining BCG, Jeremy worked for two years as an investor relations analyst at Chile’s LAN Airlines, during the time the company was acquiring Brazilian airline TAM, and two years as a financial analyst at Forest AFI, a boutique Chilean private equity firm focused on forestry investments. His academic background includes a MBA from Columbia University and Industrial Engineering / Transport Engineering degrees from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. Jeremy enjoys running and biking in the summer, squash and snowboarding in the winter.

Kevin Kysiak

Veteran School Specialist

Kevin Kysiak, Consultant, Chicago, was a summer consultant with BCG before joining full-time in June 2015. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BS in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
