Craig Is an Imaginative Ally

ANZ Finance and Operations Director, Melbourne

At BCG, Allies bring a sense of collaboration and excitement to their teams. They create an atmosphere of trust and support in which people can do their best work. Craig connects the dots to see the bigger picture.

What impresses me the most about BCG is the genuine desire of everyone across the firm to improve our clients from where they are today.

In Craig’s Words

My role is the finance and operations director for Australia and New Zealand. I support the managing partner with all finance and operational matters and interact day-to-day with other partners on a very broad range of issues.

My team partners with the business on all financial, planning, tax, and management accounting. My role stretches beyond finance to also lead the national operations and IT teams. This broadens my contact within the business to include facilities, travel, policy decisions, emergency management, and a wide variety of HR matters.

I feel fortunate to work at BCG and have exposure to many challenges and opportunities across the global organization. Above all, working with such positive and astute colleagues brings a high level of satisfaction to my career. Being part of a global firm that truly strives to improve our clients and communities is the icing on the cake.

A: BCGers are incredibly positive, collegiate, and focused on better outcomes. While the challenges we face with our clients can be incredibly complex, the culture of affiliation and not taking ourselves too seriously makes it a fun place to work.

A: The inclusiveness across the firm. Whether you are on the Consulting, Business Services, or Knowledge Team, everyone is treated respectfully and included wherever possible. BCG’s devotion to its values ensures that the workplace is one of equality and integrity.
