At BCG, you chart your own course. You'll be successful if you go the extra mile and push beyond your comfort zone.
I come from an economics background, having worked on South African macroeconomics issues and industry trends within the southern region of the African continent. What brought me to BCG was the opportunity to expand my reach and deepen my expertise within the broader African continent.
The exposure that BCG has given me is invaluable, both on a professional and personal level. I have had opportunities to work on a number of functional and industry topics, with particular focus on helping multinationals to successfully increase their business in Africa. I work with individuals who are passionate about driving business forward in African.
BCG has also exposed me to many different cultures through working within a team of analysts spread across different continents, working with case teams across our global offices, and traveling to many different countries.
One of the most unique features of working at BCG is its people, who continuously support you and show immense appreciation for your work. It is richly rewarding when you feel that you are always treated as a valued member of the team and have partners reach out to you for your expertise.
