Kati Fuisz-Kehrbach

Knowledge Expert, Sustainability


Kati Fuisz-Kehrbach joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2006. She is a core member of the firm’s Strategy, Energy, and Industrial Goods practices. At BCG, her experience has centered on corporate sustainability, including development of sustainability strategy, stakeholder analysis, performance diagnosis of and benchmarking for sustainability, socioeconomic-impact assessment, materiality assessment, and organization and governance.

Kati works on sustainability topics, especially for companies from heavy industries (mining, utilities, chemical) but also for firms from other industries, such as financial services, consumer goods, and nonprofits. Kati is BCG's project leader for two key knowledge partnerships: the firm’s work with the United Nations Global Compact on its Board Programme on sustainability and BCG’s long-standing collaboration with the MIT Sloan Management Review on an annual sustainability study.

Kati has authored or coauthored multiple publications and given talks in the area of sustainability and strategy. Before her studies, Kati completed an apprenticeship as a roofer (with honors).
