Rolf Kilian

Rolf Kilian is the leader of The Boston Consulting Group’s Stuttgart office and a member of the firm’s Industrial Goods practice, working primarily in the automotive sector.

Since joining BCG in 1999, he has worked with automotive clients across a wide range of topics, including the launch of a premium compact car, the concept and launch of a preowned automotive brand, the creation of mobility and pricing strategies, and the design and launch of new service concepts.

Rolf is particularly skilled in automotive marketing, with expertise in multichannel sales, pricing, and key account management, as well as customer relationship management and new-product development.

Before joining BCG, Rolf worked at the Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems in Dresden; at Booz, Allen, Hamilton in Düsseldorf; and at the Consumer Energy Council of America in Washington, DC.
