Warrick Lanagan is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Operations practices. Since joining BCG in 2008, Warrick has worked extensively with clients in mining and metals, as well as in engineering, procurement, construction, and construction management. He has acquired extensive experience in large-capital projects, has led end-to-end project optimization programs, and designed and implemented major-project management approaches.

Warrick is also a core member of BCG’s Centre for Canada’s Future, which works to move Canada forward by providing insight and expertise on issues key to Canada’s growth, and by calling on leaders from business, government, and nonprofits to work together to achieve impact.

Warrick’s consulting experience includes supporting the development of a $12 billion greenfield mining project in Canada, supporting the development of a $15 billion port and rail development in Australia, and leading an operational improvement program for the Australian division of a global aluminum producer. He has also worked on numerous cost-reduction programs, capital estimate reviews, and feasibility studies.
