Megan Lyon

Recruiting Partner

Megan is a Partner and Managing Director in the BCG Los Angeles office. She earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Prior to BCG, Megan worked for the E&J Gallo Winery in a variety of finance roles. Megan joined BCG full time in 2007, after being a summer consultant in 2006. Her project work to date has focused on consumer goods companies with a functional emphasis on marketing and sales, as well as market entry strategy.

Elisa Ferrarotti

Recruiting Lead

Elisa is a graduate of English Literature and Language from Hull University, U.K., and also studied Business Information Management after her graduation. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she currently has the title of Recruiting Lead. Outside work her interests include literature and rock music, and in her spare time she enjoys swimming in the ocean.

Santiago Ferrer

Recruiting Director, Consultants

Santiago is a Principal in the Los Angeles office. He recently transferred from Santiago, Chile, where he spent the last year on the Ambassador program. Santiago originally joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in the New York office in 2009 and returned in 2010 after receiving his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Before attending business school, he spent 5 years with the United Nations, working in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and in peacekeeping. Santiago also holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Since joining BCG, Santiago has worked for clients in financial services, technology, government and the social sector; in a range of topics including strategy, economic development, pricing, organizational design, technology and transformation.

Dalia Ricchiuti

Recruiting Assistant

Dalia joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2013. Prior to BCG, she worked at Logistics Plus as an Air Exports Specialist and Sales Representative. At BCG, her efforts are focused on consultant recruiting for the Los Angeles office. Dalia received her B.S. in International Business and Marketing from Penn State. She enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Michael Fraser

ADC Specialist

Michael Fraser joined the Los Angeles office of BCG in 2012 as a consultant. He holds a JD and a Bachelor of Commerce (majors actuarial studies and finance) from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Since joining BCG Michael has focused on Industrial Goods and Financial Services, with casework across a range of functional areas, including Marketing and Sales, People and Organization as well as Transformation. He has recently returned from casework in Brazil - a country he thoroughly enjoyed experiencing. Prior to joining BCG Michael worked for an Australian investment bank in Sydney and in New York where he spent time in equity and credit research, infrastructure a strong area of concentration. In his time away from the office, Michael enjoys the sights and sounds that Los Angeles has to offer, with his knowledge of the town happily increasing with each passing weekend!

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

NAMR ADC Recruiting Manager

Erin supports ADC recruiting efforts from BCG's target North American campuses. Prior to her current role, Erin served as both Recruiting Associate and Coordinator in BCG's New York Metro offices, based out of New York City, where she supported both MBA and ADC consultant hiring. Prior to joining BCG, she was a member of the on campus recruitment team of Marakon Associates and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. She is currently based in BCG's Detroit office where she is pursuing her MBA at the University of Michigan.

Riti Vats

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Riti joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Prior to BCG, she worked as a Recruiter at Sabre. Riti received her B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. In her free time, Riti loves to travel, hit the gym, and spend time with family and friends.
