Stephen Moeller

Recruiting Partner

Stephen Moeller, a Partner and Managing Director from the New York office, joined The Boston Consulting Group’s New York office in 2004, after having spent 1999-2001 as an Associate in the firm’s Chicago office. Prior to joining BCG, he worked in the strategy group at Bath & Body Works and with Ameriquest Capital Group, a private investment firm. At BCG, Stephen has consulted primarily with clients in consumer packaged goods and retail on projects ranging from business unit strategy to post-merger integration. He holds a BA in economics from Princeton University, where he also studied Germanic languages and literature. While attending Princeton, Stephen was chairman of The Princeton Tiger, the university’s 125-year-old humor magazine.

Bruno Van Tuykom

Recruiting Director

Bruno Van Tuykom, Project Leader, New York, joined BCG Brussels in 2010 and transferred to BCG NY in 2013. He has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brussels and participated in the exchange program at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Bruno was a research scholar for one year at Northeastern University and completed internships at Laborelec (GDF Suez) and Siemens. He enjoys traveling and living abroad and enjoys great food and drinks. Bruno is an avid sports fan and loves squash, swimming and sailing.

Rashi Sanghvi

Recruiting Associate

Rashi is a Recruiting Associate for the Associate Program for the New York office of BCG. She joined the office in May of 2012. Prior to joining BCG, she worked for Toys"R"Us, Inc. Corporate Headquarters under the Campus Recruiting Team. She graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. In her spare time, Rashi enjoys hanging out with family and friends, traveling, yoga, and good wine.

Anne Whitaker

Recruiting Associate

Anne is a Recruiting Associate for the Associate team in BCG's New York Metro office. She joined BCG shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California with a BA in Creative Writing and Art History. Anne enjoys spending time with her friends and family, fashion and of course USC football!

Kate Fields

Recruiting Assistant

Kate joined BCG after working as a Career Counselor and Marketing Manager in the Office of Career Services at Fordham University. Kate graduated from Ithaca College with a BA in Communications, and a minor in Psychology. Outside of work, she sings as part of a NY-based co-ed a cappella group, runs races with NY Road Runners, and plays intramural soccer.

Janet Raiffa

Recruiting Manager

Janet joined BCG as the Recruiting Manager for the New York office in 2015. Prior to joining she was a career coach and career advisor at Columbia Business School for six years, focusing on students targeting both banking and consulting. Janet's previous work experience includes over 10 years working as a campus recruiter, diversity recruiter and recruiting manager for banking, consulting and law in the US, UK and India. She holds an MA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in American Studies and a BA in English from Dartmouth College. She is the proud mom of a kindergarten student, and is an avid consumer of media and restaurant meals.

  • Resume with SAT scores (math/verbal split)
  • Cover letter
  • Copy of your undergraduate transcript with cumulative GPA
