Brad Baker

Principal, Associate Recruiting Director

Brad Baker is a Principal and also the Recruiting Director for the Associate cohort for the Toronto office. Brad first joined BCG as a Summer Associate in the Toronto office in 2006 and returned as a Full-Time Associate in July 2007. Brad's project experience within BCG has been focused in consumer goods and large scale transformation and re-organization efforts. Prior to joining BCG, Brad worked with Canadian brand management and direct marketing firms, representing a number of global consumer brands. Brad graduated from the Honours Business Administration program at the Richard Ivey School of Business where he was an Ivey Scholar, and earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management where he graduated with honors, Beta Gamma Sigma. Brad was also a member of the varsity squash team at the University of Western Ontario.

Matthew Page

Consultant, Toronto Richard Ivey Captain

Matthew joined the Toronto office as an Associate in August 2013. Matthew earned his Honors of Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, graduating on the Dean's List. Prior to joining BCG, Matt worked at PepsiCo in various roles of the foods division. Over 4 years Matt worked in sales, supply chain and most recently integrated Supply Chain Planning where he supported the Canadian supply chain group to create high impact improvements to the business. At BCG, Matt's case experience has been in the consumer goods, insurance, financial services & telecom industries. Matt is a former competitive hockey player and continues to regularly play a variety of sports such as hockey and golf.

Michael Anstey

Principal, Consultant Recruiting Director

Michael Anstey is a Principal in the Toronto office and a Core Member of BCG’s Health Care Practice Area. He has deep expertise in the sector through his experience in research and academia, venture capital investing, and strategy consulting. During his time at BCG, he has served clients throughout North America, Europe, India, and Japan. Prior to joining BCG, Michael was an Investment Analyst and Kauffman Fellow at Oxford Capital Partners, a UK-based venture capital firm that specializes in investing in early-stage science and technology businesses. Before Oxford Capital, Michael was an academic researcher in the field of neuroscience at Oxford and Cambridge Universities. He has authored papers published in a number of leading academic journals including Current Biology and Science. Michael graduated with a 1st Class Honors degree in Biology from Queen’s University, Canada and earned his PhD in Zoology from Oxford University where he was the Hope Scholar.

Deep Dhillon

Consultant, Richard Ivey Captain: MBA

Deep Dhillon is a Consultant with BCG's Toronto office. Since joining BCG in 2014, Deep has worked primarily with clients in financial services. He has also been involved in social impact work prior to and during his time at BCG, and recently volunteered a month of his time to work on fundraising strategies with the United Way. Deep is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) who spent four years as an engineering consultant with Stantec Consulting, working primarily on the project management and electrical design of two new hospitals in the Edmonton area. Prior to Stantec, he worked in a sales role with Bell and ranked in the top 3% of nationwide sales, leading to him taking on a sales coaching and training role. Deep obtained his MBA in 2013 from the Richard Ivey School of Business, where he also served as the MBA Association President. While at Ivey, he completed the Health Sector stream and is now designated as a Certified Health Executive (CHE) by the Canadian College of Health Leaders. He also received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta in 2006. Deep enjoys playing basketball, taking in live concerts and is in the early stages of learning how to play the guitar.

Jette Tam

Recruiting Associate

Jette joined BCG Toronto in September 2013 as a Recruiting Associate, and currently looks after the recruiting efforts of Associate and Consultant candidates in Ontario. Previous to joining BCG, Jette was a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Michael Page International, recruiting for a variety of different clients in consumer goods, retail, industrial, and professional services across Canada. During her time with Michael Page, Jette has experience in hiring contract roles to executive level positions. Jette holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Employment Relations and English from University of Toronto, and continued to obtain a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MIRHR), also from University of Toronto. In her spare time, Jette loves to travel, listen to music, and discover new restaurants.

Lawrence Kuo

Recruiting Partner

Lawrence Kuo is a Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm as an Associate in 1999 after working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at a startup in the Silicon Valley. Since joining BCG, Lawrence has developed strategies to enhance growth, drive operational efficiency and restructure organizations. He has also managed client relationships across telecom, media, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. In 2007, Lawrence left BCG and joined Rogers Communications. Lawrence first joined the strategy group at Rogers as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning. In this role, he worked to develop and implement key strategic initiatives across the Wireless, Cable and Media companies. Lawrence subsequently held the position of Vice President, Video Product Management where he was responsible for delivering $1.9B in video revenue. After spending almost 6 years with Rogers, Lawrence returned to BCG as a Principal in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University, a Master of Science from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia University. When not at work, Lawrence enjoys running, skiing, playing piano and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
