Gustavo

In Gustavo’s Words

In my years at BCG, I have had the chance to explore multiple industries and face amazing business challenges. I have worked in a diverse set of industries, ranging from sectors with high consumer intensity (such as retail and food and beverages) to sectors that sell commodities (like oil and pulp and paper). In all cases, I had to help senior managers deal with challenging business issues. That combination of learning and business problem solving is one of the things that I like the most about BCG.

During my career, I have had the chance to spend a few years outside BCG. That experience helped me put in perspective the unique environment that BCG has created. Not only the professional quality of BCG people but also the openness of the organization have been instrumental in my choice to return and stay at BCG.
