Dan Gott is a core member of the Retail, Consumer, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at The Boston Consulting Group, and he leads BCG's North American work in sales.

Since joining BCG in 2010, Dan has focused his work in the consumer and retail sectors on sales force effectiveness, category strategy, organizational design, and large-scale transformations.

Prior to joining BCG, Dan spent more than 18 years working for large US retailers.
