Diederik Vismans joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2005. He is a core member of the firm’s Consumer practice and Marketing, Sales and Pricing practice.
Diederik has been in charge of several large transformations at multinational consumer and industrial goods companies. He also led multiple digital (marketing) transformation pilots across the value chain showcasing the potential of digital. And he has worked on turnaround and growth strategies in several industries.
Diederik leads BCG’s Digital Marketing Accelerator hub in Amsterdam, which supports companies as they increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their digital spend. He also leads the firm’s partnership with Facebook EMEA. This partnership was set up to unlock digital transformations across industries.
From 2009 to 2010, Diederik was on secondment to the World Wide Fund for Nature. He has written and coauthored multiple publications on strategy and sustainability, and has led high-profile sustainability programs for BCG, including a board education program on sustainability that was headed jointly with the UN Global Compact.
