Jennifer (Jen) Bratton is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Operations and People & Organization practices. She is the office lead for the firm’s Minneapolis office and also the global people leader for the Operations practice. She is a core member of BCG's family business interest group.

Since joining BCG in 2002, Jen has acquired deep knowledge and experience advising clients across a number of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, medtech, industrial goods, and retail.

Jen cares about ensuring successful transformation for her clients—getting to know how they think and what matters to them, and developing customized operations solutions that fit the client culture and are practical to the business question at hand.

Before joining BCG, she worked for Enron.

Jen is an integral part of the firm's Operations Center in Chicago, one of ten global operations centers that serve as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offer tailored, fully integrated solutions to optimize operations for long-term success.
