Principal, Buenos Aires
At BCG, Allies bring a sense of collaboration and excitement to their teams. They create an atmosphere of trust and support in which people can do their best work. Alejandro finds clarity in a complex world.
The best part of working at BCG is the incredibly talented people you work with. Everybody at BCG pushes you to your limits.
My previous professional experience was in multichannel development for banks. BCG exposed me to different functions—such as M&A, strategy, operations, and integrations—both in the financial industry space and in consumer packaged goods. All my cases at BCG have been deeply challenging and amazing.
The thing I value the most is the high-impact work we do at BCG. I have had the opportunity to work in projects that change the client's agenda and reality. In my time at BCG I have had the opportunity to work on an integration that reshaped the transactional banking industry in Argentina and on a project that redefined the business model for a regional spirits and wine company.
Alejandro holds a business economics degree from Di Tella University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The high-impact work I do and the extremely talented people I work with every day.
Q: When did you know you belonged at BCG?
A: Since the first day I joined the BCG Buenos Aires office, I felt I belonged. People are extremely open and very collaborative. This is the type of environment I like working in!
Q: How has BCG helped you grow and succeed?
A: BCG has helped me grow and succeed by giving me the opportunity to work in new functions (M&A, strategy, integrations) and industries (consumer packaged goods, insurance, private banking) and also to have massive exposure to the firm's senior management. This type of exposure is very difficult to find in the industry.
