Anders Fahlander is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group and a former senior partner in the San Francisco Office, former North America lead for the Industrial Goods practice, and former global technology leader for the firm. He has held several internal BCG leadership positions, including being a member of BCG's Leadership Team for North America.

Anders is primarily a business transformation expert, helping companies create fundamental performance change. He is active in BCG's Transform practice, and acts as an advisor to CXOs and executive teams in their large change efforts. He has spent 24 years consulting and coaching Silicon Valley executives and global industrial goods company executives. His goal is to help leaders reach their full potential and use effective teaming to drive results. His is a holistic approach, incorporating work and personal life goals and ambitions, while leveraging individual strengths.

In addition to individual coaching, Anders has also led workshops for executive teams to improve teaming and build momentum for change. His approach is also backed by his experience as a career development leader at BCG.
