Dave Ryeson is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Operations practices at The Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Dave has focused on the automotive (original equipment manufacturers and tier one suppliers), aerospace, pharmaceutical, industrial goods, and consumer sectors. He has acquired deep expertise in manufacturing, lean advantage, cultural change, and procurement.

Dave has a deep passion for manufacturing and strives to create sustainable impact for his clients. He believes that creating sustainable impact entails not only technical solutions but also behavioral change.

Before joining BCG, Dave was a principal with A.T. Kearney.
