Guillaume Aubert

Senior Partner & Managing Director

Thriving in a Turbulent US Power Market

In the midst of tremendous change in the US power market—slow growth in demand, low prices, evolving customer expectations, and new regulations—companies need to reinvent themselves. BCG's Guillaume Aubert explains that utilities must first understand the level of disruption at hand in their own specific markets—and then begin to develop a transformation roadmap that will lead to sustained success.

Guillaume Aubert leads The Boston Consulting Group’s power and gas sector around the world and heads the firm’s Energy practice in the US Northeast. He is also a member of BCG’s Corporate Development, Industrial Goods, Operations, and Strategy practices.

Since joining BCG in 1997, Guillaume has worked extensively across the energy and utility sector on issues related to policy and regulation, strategy, corporate development, organization, and operational effectiveness. His clients include utilities, competitive players, original equipment manufacturers, and regulators.

Guillaume has also worked in BCG’s Paris, Madrid, and Lisbon offices.
