Diederik Vismans joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2005. He is a core member of the firm’s Consumer and Strategy practices.
Diederik has been in charge of several large transformations and organization design projects at multinational fast-moving consumer goods companies and public-sector organizations. He has also worked on turnaround and growth strategies in several industries and aided the postmerger integration of two major Dutch banks.
Diederik has led high-profile sustainability programs for BCG, including a board education program on sustainability that was headed jointly with the UN Global Compact.
From 2009 to 2010, Diederik was on secondment to the World Wide Fund for Nature, where he set up the global water-stewardship program and restructured the organization’s network presence. He has written and coauthored multiple publications on strategy and sustainability.
