Marcus Bokkerink is a core member of the Consumer and Strategy practices at The Boston Consulting Group. He has served on the firm’s global leadership teams in both areas and has helped develop BCG’s presence in China.
Since joining BCG in 1988, Marcus has advised clients across a range of sectors, including food and beverages, personal care, household goods, lodging, grocery retail, and general merchandise retail. He leads a number of the firm’s global client teams.
Marcus believes passionately that value creation requires true competitive advantage, and that an organization builds its capability to sustain and renew competitive advantage through a process of joint discovery.
Before joining BCG, Marcus was the China representative of the London Export Corporation.
