Arie-Willem Van Doorne has more than 18 years’ experience in the strategy consulting industry and is an active member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Corporate Development and Energy practices.

Arie-Willem leads BCG’s Dutch Principal Investors & Private Equity practice and is a member of the firm’s European private-equity leadership team. He is also active in the energy sector and has worked extensively with offshore oil field services companies.

He has broad client experience in a range of topics, including buy- and sell-side due diligence, corporate and business unit strategy, organization and operating-model design, and performance improvement (including operational and commercial excellence).

Before joining BCG, Arie-Willem was owner-founder and CEO of Bikkair (Europe's first air-taxi provider based on the use of very light jets), worked with Royal Dutch Shell and Arthur D. Little, and was a senior partner at KPMG and a partner at Bain & Company.
