Katie Mullen



Katie Mullen is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.

Since joining BCG in 2009, Katie has worked with a wide range of clients on projects related to strategy, consumer research and insight, service design, and organization. Her experience includes creating a three-year strategic plan for a women's apparel retailer, designing an operational efficiency pilot for a public health care system, and redesigning the admissions process at an educational institution.

Katie also has experience in marketing and loyalty programs, as she has worked with a number of clients to address issues around organization strategy, the standardization of global marketing spending, promotional strategy and execution, and cross-brand marketing coordination and optimization.

Prior to joining BCG, Katie worked in education reform for College Summit, a national nonprofit organization.
