Nick South came to The Boston Consulting Group in 2003. He is a core member of the Health Care and People & Organization practices and a member of the global change management cadre.
Nick’s skills in organization design and retail, along with his deep experience in the pharmaceutical and health care sectors, have made him an asset on projects that include establishing a program to develop middle-manager leadership capabilities for an international pharmaceutical company and helping an international biopharmaceutical company design a sales-force assessment tool for the CEEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.
Before joining BCG, Nick worked four years at the corporate-communications consultancy Burson-Marsteller, leading the corporate reputation team in the London office. Before that, Nick worked six years for the leader of the UK Liberal Democrats, Paddy Ashdown MP, as political advisor, press spokesman, and finally his head of office.
