Troy Andre

Recruiting Partner

Troy joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2004, and is a Partner and Managing Director in the Washington, DC office. Troy’s work at BCG focuses on Sales and Marketing with both Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods companies. Prior to joining BCG, Troy worked as a researcher in both theoretical and experimental particle physics. Troy holds a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Chicago and graduated from the University of Rochester with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics.

Jeffrey Kovick

Recruiting Manager

Jeff joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant in 2012 after his 2010 summer internship with the firm, and was a Project Leader in the DC office. His cases focused primarily on retail and travel & tourism, where he worked on digital and post-merger strategies, sales force effectiveness, and developing operating models. Prior to joining BCG, Jeff ran a medical device start-up, worked with United Airlines as a media spokesperson, and held several positions working in international development. Jeff holds a BA in Political Science and African Studies from Duke University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, where he concentrated in strategy and decision sciences. In his free time, Jeff enjoys traveling, reading The Economist, and watching and playing sports.

Samin Malik

Recruiting Associate

Samin supports Washington, DC office recruiting efforts with a focus on Associate recruiting and managing the undergraduate recruiting process for the University of Virginia and Georgetown. She holds an MA in Middle Eastern Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (London).

Brandon Lam

School Specialist, Associate

Brandon Lam joined The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate in 2014 after graduating from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service with a degree in International Political Economy. During his time at BCG, Brandon's case work has covered retail, energy, and financial services. His previous clients include one of the largest retailers in the US, a prominent power company with an international presence, and a top Canadian bank. Brandon's interests outside of work include cooking new dishes, spontaneous jam sessions, and brewing mead (honeywine).

Witi Sachchamarga

LGBT School Captain, Consultant

Witi Sachchamarga, Consultant, Washington DC, joined The Boston Consulting Group in January 2013. Since joining BCG, Witi has worked on retail and healthcare cases, primarily focused on growth strategy. Prior to joining BCG, Witi has work experience with Strategic Decisions Group (SDG), Pfizer, IBM, and Supply Chain Systems Laboratory. Witi received his PhD from Stanford University in Management Science and Engineering, and his MS in Industrial Engineering and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, golf, badminton, snowboarding and traveling.
