Timothy Marx

Recruiting Partner

Tim Marx is a Partner and Managing Director in our Houston office.Tim started as an Associate in our Monterrey, Mexico office in 2001 where he spent his entire career before transferring to Houston in January 2015. At BCG, Tim has participated across many industries (Health Care, Industrial Goods, Consumer Goods) as well as geographies, having lived and worked in London, Madrid and Santiago on multi- month staffing engagements. More recently, Tim led the Health Care Practice Area in Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM before transferring to Houston, where he is focused on continuing to serve pharmaceutical and provider (hospital) clients. Tim has a B.S in International Finance from Penn State University and is a Stanford MBA. Outside of BCG, Tim and his wife, Alicia, spend most of their time with their three (beautiful!) preschool aged daughters.

Blakeley Cozby

Recruiting Lead

Prior to joining BCG, she was the Recruiting Coordinator at Thompson & Knight LLP and received her Business Marketing degree from the University of Arkansas. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, pilates and going to the movies.

Alex Fincher

Recruiting Associate

Alex joined The Boston Consulting Group in March 2013. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and was a member of the university’s equestrian team. Prior to joining BCG, she worked for a finance company in the Houston area. In her free time, Alex enjoys riding horses, watching sports and being outdoors.

Gabriela de Almeida

ADC Specialist

Gabriela de Almeida joined BCG Houston in August 2014. Gaby graduated with a PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University in the same fields. Before beginning graduate school, Gaby worked as a medicinal chemist at Merck&Co. in Boston. Since joining BCG, Gaby has worked in healthcare and education, and she looks forward to focusing more on these areas. In her spare time, Gaby helps organize the BCG Houston soccer team and taking long walks with her husband and dog.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

NAMR ADC Recruiting Manager

Erin supports ADC recruiting efforts from BCG's target North American campuses. Prior to her current role, Erin served as both Recruiting Associate and Coordinator in BCG's New York Metro offices, based out of New York City, where she supported both MBA and ADC consultant hiring. Prior to joining BCG, she was a member of the on campus recruitment team of Marakon Associates and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. She is currently based in BCG's Detroit office where she is pursuing her MBA at the University of Michigan.

Riti Vats

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Riti joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Prior to BCG, she worked as a Recruiter at Sabre. Riti received her B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. In her free time, Riti loves to travel, hit the gym, and spend time with family and friends.

Class of 2018 Opportunities

Bridge to BCG: Students who will be graduating next year and plan to begin full time at BCG in 2018 can apply for Bridge to BCG, a three day summer workshop that allows you to learn more about management consulting and BCG. Please note, Bridge to BCG is open to candidates in North America.
