At BCG, Allies bring a sense of collaboration and excitement to their teams. They create an atmosphere of trust and support in which people can do their best work. Vittoria challenges the status quo.
I am a lifelong learner. And at BCG, I am able to continually fuel my desire to learn. My experience here has allowed me to become an expert in things I didn’t know existed before I joined.
Prior to joining BCG, I spent nearly five years practicing corporate law. I joined BCG because I wanted to embark on a new challenge. I wanted to be part of a team that works to solve the complex problems that shape organizations. Since I started here, I've had the opportunity to be involved in fascinating cases.
Vittoria holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School. She is a member of the New York State bar.
Q: What is a typical day like for you?
A: A typical day? I don't think I would describe any of my days at BCG as typical. It's one of the things that I love most about this job. No two days are the same.
Q: What characteristics do you believe define a BCGer?
A: The great thing about BCG is that there is no mold that candidates need to fit. BCG is filled with people from diverse backgrounds with different personalities, and they have all been successful here. But if I had to narrow it down to a few characteristics that remain consistent across BCGers, I would say they're whip smart, highly analytical, and always willing to help out a teammate.
Q: What are some of your volunteer or charitable work experiences?
A: I'm a director of a not-for-profit organization that supports young women facing cancer. It's been my passion project for the past several years.
