How Government Agencies Are Rethinking HR Strategy

Around the world, BCG's Agnès Audier sees governments taking new approaches to overcome a surge in retirement, budgetary pressures, and digital demands that require new skill sets.

Agnès Audier is a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer, Industrial Goods, Public Sector, and Strategy practices.

Since joining BCG in 2007, Agnès has worked extensively with a wide range of public sector clients and government-owned companies, and she is the head of BCG’s government work for the Paris office. Her experience includes implementing productivity improvements for French Social Security, working on organizational issues for the French Health Ministry, and creating efficiency programs for the French Labor Ministry. She has also worked with the French Ministry of Education on several efforts to improve educational effectiveness such as dropout policies and programs.

Over the course of her career, Agnes has also partnered with health care providers on issues related to organization design, strategic planning, and large-scale transformation. In addition, she has extensive experience working with the railway industry, airports, and, more broadly, infrastructure. Agnès has also been engaging on many digital transformation projects and topics.

Agnès has been a featured speaker at the Women’s Forum.

Before joining BCG, Agnès worked at Havas (a communication group) as chief performance officer and at Vivendi Universal, as executive vice president of strategy and business development and then head of the Internet-technology division. She was previously an advisor to France’s minister of health and the head of the private office of the French minister of small business and trade. She started her career in the M&A department of La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild.
