Christoph Schweizer on Medical Technology

Christoph Schweizer is the chairman of global practices at The Boston Consulting Group. In this role, he also oversees BCG's large-scale change transformation initiatives: transformation, enablement, and postmerger integration. Christoph is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee and the BCG Henderson Institute's Innovation Sounding Board, which is dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and guiding upstream innovation at BCG.

Christoph joined BCG in 1997, first in Munich, and then New York from 2008 to 2012. Prior to his current role, he served as the global leader of the Health Care practice. He continues to serve clients in that industry today.

Christoph has served a broad variety of companies in the health care industry—medical equipment and devices, in-vitro diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and clinical labs—on strategy, innovation, sales, marketing, M&A, and integration.
