Jean-François Lahet leads the Industrial Goods practice in the firm’s Paris, Casablanca, and Tel Aviv offices. He is also a member of the Financial Institutions, Operations, People & Organization, and Strategy practices.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Jean-François has worked primarily in the industrial goods sector, advising companies around the world on issues of strategy, operations, pricing, postmerger integration, and corporate development (including due diligence and divestments).

Jean-François has helped numerous clients create significant EBITDA impact, partnering with organizations in more than 15 countries in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He has deep experience in working-capital and supply chain optimization, distribution models, and corporate governance.

Jean-François also leads BCG’s global-recruiting relationship with INSEAD. Before joining BCG, he worked as an engagement manager at Arthur Andersen.
