Roger Premo

Partner & Managing Director

Roger Premo, Partner & Managing Director, Boston, earned his MBA from MIT Sloan in 2006. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Prior to business school, he held leadership and technical roles in several online media and search technology companies. Earlier, he also worked in molecular biology research at Genentech. At BCG, Roger is focused on high-tech and telecom clients across strategy, go-to market and operations. His interests include squash, golf, snowboarding and spending time with his family.

Lydia Ng

Global Specialist

Lydia first joined The Boston Consulting Group as a summer consultant in 2014 and rejoined full-time in 2015. Her cases have focused primarily on healthcare and financial services and she has worked on topics including leadership and talent development and operational enhancement. Prior to BCG, Lydia work at Singapore Changi Airport as an Airport Operations manager for 6 years and oversaw a wide range of responsibilities from passenger experience creation to airside safety and efficiency. She holds a BS in Life Science from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. On her days off, Lydia  enjoys chasing after her toddler at the playground, dabbling in ceramics and hiking.

Katie Purcell

Recruiting Assistant

Katie Purcell is a Recruiting Assistant at BCG. She works in the Boston office and coordinates BCG's recruiting efforts at MIT Sloan. Prior to joining BCG, she worked within the nonprofit sector focusing on youth development, event planning, and program management. She is also an AmeriCorps alum who served from 2013-2015. Katie graduated with a BA in Psychology from Boston University. She enjoys kayaking, eating brunch, and exploring Boston.

Andrew Holmberg

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Andrew Holmberg is a Project Leader in the New York office, having joined BCG as a Summer Consultant. Andrew oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He holds a BA in Public Policy Studies and a BS in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining BCG, Andrew worked at the FBI doing internal strategy.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Associate

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Associate, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
