Lukasz Rey leads Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions (FI) practice in the Middle East. Before joining BCG's Dubai office, Lukasz led the Financial Institutions practice in Warsaw, Poland, where he was involved in major banking projects in the region.

Since joining BCG in 2010, Lukasz has worked with clients not only in Poland and across Europe, but also in the US, Canada, and India. He is most recognized for his expertise in addressing issues related to growth strategy, digital advantage, big data utilization, personalization, and post-merger integration.

Lukasz has led projects on brand repositioning, Agile@Scale transformations, and designed digitization roadmaps for leading banks and insurance companies in Europe. His expertise also extends to strategic workforce planning and core system replacement.

Prior to joining BCG, Lukasz worked as a consultant for a prominent advisory firm.
