Frank Plaschke joined the Munich office of The Boston Consulting Group in 1997 and worked for the Hong Kong office in 1999 and 2000. He leads BCG's German Corporate Development practice and serves as the European topic leader for shareholder value as well as the global topic leader for finance excellence and organization as part of the office of the CFO topic.

In his project work, Frank has tackled, among many other tasks, the introduction of shareholder value management, risk management, controlling, value drivers, strategic and operative planning, and executive compensation systems. These projects were conducted as part of overall finance transformation and excellence initiatives or as specific optimization topics.

Before BCG, Frank worked at Deutsche Bank AG, Hamburg and held several internships in investment and retail banking (Deutsche Bank Group, Japan), automobiles (Mercedes-Benz, Japan), and consumer goods (Procter & Gamble, Germany).
