The MBA recruiting season can be time consuming and at times overwhelming. BCG’s Fellows Program was a great way to learn more about the summer internship and meet the people at my preferred office in a low pressure setting. As a result, I was able to accept my summer offer with confidence that BCG is the right fit for me. – Bryce, HBS

Talking with my BCG mentor throughout the recruiting process was one of the most valuable MBA experiences I’ve had. I not only got a sense of what consulting was like, I also got to hear first-hand how BCG challenges and supports its people. – Abby, Fuqua

Through the Fellows program, I had an opportunity to get to know BCG earlier and on a much more personal level than I would have otherwise. Not only did this remove a lot of the stress associated with the recruiting process, but it also showcased elements of the BCG culture that I don't think I would have truly appreciated otherwise. Specifically, I was (and still am) blown away by the level of commitment my mentor showed me and his genuine desire to help me identify the right career path for me, regardless of if that meant BCG or elsewhere. The Fellows program also allowed me to organically develop a strong network of Booth alum and partners at the firm that were invested in my success and served as my biggest cheerleaders during the recruiting process. Ultimately, experiencing this supportive and development-focused culture firsthand gave me confidence that BCG was the perfect place for me, and I can't wait for the summer to start! – Jenny, Booth

The MBA Fellows program was an excellent way to get to know BCG and get acclimated to MBA life as a first year student. My Mentor was particularly helpful. It was great to have a personal connection with the firm early on and have someone to reach out to throughout your first year--both for career related questions and other MBA life questions. I would highly recommend the Fellows program for anyone who is interested in learning more about consulting. – Tim, Stanford GSB
