Mohammed Badi

Recruiting Partner and Managing Director

Mohammed Badi, partner, New York, received his PhD, MS and BS in Electrical Engineering, as well as a BA in French from Stanford University. In 2007 and 2008 he served as a BCG Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, where he was one of the founders of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. Prior to joining BCG, Mohammed was Vice President of Engineering for Athena Technologies, developing proprietary medical products. He has also worked as a Group Leader for NASA’s Gravity Probe B Relativity Mission. Mohammed speaks French and Urdu, and has authored multiple refereed scientific publications. In his free time Mohammed enjoys playing street hockey, traveling, cooking, and playing with his daughters.

Paul Shorkey

Recruiting Director

Paul Shorkey is a Project Leader in the New York office. He joined The Boston Consulting Group full-time in January of 2014, after completing a summer internship in 2011. Paul’s work at BCG to date has focused in Health Care. Specifically, he has helped a leading US pharmacy benefits management company to improve its operations and supported a large pharmaceutical client in an enterprise-wide operating model transformation. Before BCG, Paul worked in health policy as a Health Care Fellow on Capitol Hill and a Visiting Researcher at The Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. Paul holds a M. Sc. in Global Health Science with Distinction and a M.Sc. in Neuroscience from the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

Kate Fields

Recruiting Assistant

Kate joined BCG after working as a Career Counselor and Marketing Manager in the Office of Career Services at Fordham University. Kate graduated from Ithaca College with a BA in Communications, and a minor in Psychology. Outside of work, she sings as part of a NY-based co-ed a cappella group, runs races with NY Road Runners, and plays intramural soccer.

Keri Messa

Recruiting Coordinator

Keri is a member of the consultant and lateral recruiting teams in BCG's New York offices. Prior to joining BCG, she worked at a small executive level recruiting firm in New York. Keri received her BA in American History from Union College, and enjoys running, traveling and NY sports teams.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
