Chris  Biggs

Chris Biggs is a core member of the Consumer and Operations practices at The Boston Consulting Group and a member of the firm’s global retail leadership team. He leads BCG's work in digital retail.

Chris joined BCG in 2001 and has worked extensively with clients in the UK, Europe, and the US. His focus is on strategy and operations across retail sectors such as grocery, home improvement, electrical, department stores, and specialty retail.
