Mudit Agarwal joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice, concentrating on AP, ECT, networks, and industry.
Mudit has worked on telecom and infrastructure projects across emerging and developed markets. He focuses on tangible changes and improvement of discontinuous performance. His recent client work includes projects in the mobile arena and those involving strategy and growth for integrated carriers (telcos), “next” digital services (multicast and security, for example), vendor strategy and footprint, and enterprise solutions (connectivity, security, MS, hosted, and unified).
Mudit has experience in cost leadership for telcos, including energy efficiency and CAPEX trade-offs for mobile telcos and infrastructure providers working with global leaders.
Before joining BCG, Mudit was an engagement manager at McKinsey.
