Nuno Gomes leads the Technology, Media & Telecom practice in Latin America for Boston Consulting Group.

Nuno joined BCG in 2016, bringing with him extensive business knowledge of the telecom and technology sectors. Since coming to the firm, he has acquired deep experience in operations turnaround, focusing on customer-facing areas, notably in sales and distribution. He hold particular expertise in omnichannel, product development and pricing for telecom operators and customer-care strategies. He also has deep expertise in mobile virtual network operators (MVNO).

In recent years, Nuno has led a series of projects in the area of strategy and digital transformation for telecommunications, banking, and insurance clients.

Prior to joining BCG, Nuno was a partner with Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company). In addition, he worked in telecom and technology consulting at Oliver Wyman and DiamondCluster International, where he was based in Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, and Portugal.

Nuno has worked in more than 20 countries. He also was founder and co-owner of Tracegen, a Portugal-based biotechnology startup focused on DNA sequencing.
