Olivier Scalabre is a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods; Global Advantage; Operations; People & Organization; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices.
Since joining the firm in 2000, Olivier has worked extensively in the railway, energy and utility, consumer electronics, and financial services sectors.
Oliver’s experience includes developing technology strategies, implementing new business models, and assessing online opportunities for growth. He has also worked with numerous clients in the private-equity sector, conducting due diligence efforts in the information technology, retail, and automotive industries.
Before joining BCG, Oliver was an assistant brand manager at L’Oréal Group for Giorgio Armani Perfumes.
Olivier is an integral part of BCG’s Operations Center in Paris, one of ten centers around the world serving as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offering tailored, fully integrated solutions to improve operations for long-term success.
