Scott Gladstone is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; and Corporate Development practices.
Since joining BCG in 2011, Scott has worked extensively with financial services, consumer goods, and industrial goods companies on a wide range of issues related to strategy, cost reduction, operations effectiveness, and marketing optimization.
His experience has included leading the change management workstream to support a leading technology company's transformation efforts, designing a new sales force working model for an asset manager, and identifying cost-saving opportunities and avenues of growth for a variety of clients.
Scott has particularly deep experience in customer insight, market research, and marketing effectiveness.
Prior to joining BCG, Scott was a summer associate at Barclays Capital.
