Pieter Van den Berg

Recruiting Partner

Pieter van den Berg, Partner and Managing Director, New York, received his MBA, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his law degree from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Pieter joined BCG as an associate in 2001 and has worked in BCG’s Amsterdam and New York offices. Pieter is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Corporate Development practice areas.

Will O'Shaughnessy

Full-Time Recruiting Director

Will O'Shaughnessy is a Project leader in New York and joined BCG as a Summer Associate in Chicago in 2010 and returned full-time to New York in 2011. Since joining BCG, Will has worked extensively with public sector clients as well as across a range of industries including financial services, media, and consumer goods. Will graduated with Distinction from Yale University with a BA in History, writing his senior thesis on the development of the American auto industry in early-20th century and its role in the formation of the modern corporate organizational structure.

Max Otto

Summer Associate Recruiting Director

Max Otto is a Project Leader in New York and joined BCG as an Associate in 2007. After spending two years in the New York and Munich offices, Max went to get his MBA at Harvard Business School and MPAID from the Harvard Kennedy School. He also holds a BA in economics from Harvard University. Prior to BCG, Max worked for Rodrriguez Silvero, a leading consulting firm in Paraguay. He also worked for Loewe Opta, a German manufacturer, and Ashoka, a global NGO aimed at supporting entrepreneurs in developing countries. Max's personal interests include opera, boxing, and traveling.

Anne Whitaker

Recruiting Coordinator

Anne is a Recruiting Coordinator for the Associate team in BCG's New York Metro office. She joined BCG shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California with a BA in Creative Writing and Art History. Anne enjoys spending time with her friends and family, fashion and of course USC football!

Rashi Sanghvi

Recruiting Associate

Rashi is a Recruiting Associate for the Associate Program for the New York office of BCG. She joined the office in May of 2012. Prior to joining BCG, she worked for Toys"R"Us, Inc. Corporate Headquarters under the Campus Recruiting Team. She graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. In her spare time, Rashi enjoys hanging out with family and friends, traveling, yoga, and good wine.

Yoon-Ji Nam

Columbia School Specialist

Yoon-Ji Nam is a Consultant in the New York office who joined the Boston Consulting Group as an Associate in 2014, after a Summer Associate internship in 2013. Before joining BCG, Yoon-Ji studied at Economics-Statistics at Columbia University (CC'16) and interned at UBS and Samsung Economics Research Institute. In her spare time, Yoon-Ji enjoys dancing, cooking, singing, and traveling.

  • Resume with SAT scores (math/verbal split)
  • Cover letter
  • Copy of your undergraduate transcript with cumulative GPA
  • Top 3 office location preferences
