Ed Crouch

Recruiting Partner

Ed is a Partner in the Atlanta office. He works primarily in the Consumer practice area, with a focus on travel and tourism. He has supported BCG's consumer clients across a range of topics, but his primary functional expertise is in Sales & Marketing, where he has helped with numerous distribution strategy efforts or other top-line initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG Ed received his JD / MBA at Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Furman University. Outside of work he enjoys various outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, etc.) and is a big college football fan.

Robin Petruzielo

Recruiting Coordinator

Robin Petruzielo is the Recruiting Coordinator for BCG Atlanta-Miami working with advanced degree and experienced candidates. Prior to BCG, Robin worked in development for Agnes Scott College. Robin enjoys traveling and attending the opera with her husband Frank, a Principal at BCG Atlanta. Robin received her BA from Swarthmore College and Physics PhD from Cornell University.

Peter Dewey

ADC Recruiting Director

Peter Dewey is a Project Leader in the Atlanta office. He joined BCG as a Consultant in 2014 after participating in the Bridge to BCG program for advanced degree candidates. His work at BCG has focused around transforming data and digital marketing capabilities for clients across a wide range of industries including consumer goods, travel and tourism, and automotive. Peter received a BS from Johns Hopkins and a PhD from Princeton in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering for his research into the fluid dynamics of fish swimming. Peter is an avid runner and enjoys hiking through national parks around the world.

Jenna Campbell

Duke ADC Recruiting Specialist

Jenna Campbell is a Project Leader in the Atlanta office. Jenna has spent a majority of her time at BCG working in the healthcare practice but has also explored the non-profit and energy sectors doing strategy and organizational transformation work. Jenna joined BCG to have a career that allows her to keep learning and growing. She has stayed at BCG because of the people. The mentorship opportunities, both personal and professional, have established a supportive environment in which she continues to push herself to new limits. Prior to BCG, Jenna completed her PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan, where she focused in biomedical device development. Jenna holds a BS in Physics from Georgia Tech and a graduate certificate in Science Policy from the Ford School at University of Michigan. She enjoys spending time with her horse, dog, and husband.

Gina Alesi

ADC Women's Recruiting Specialist

Gina is a Consultant in the Atlanta office. She joined BCG in 2016 after participating in the Bridge to BCG program for advanced degree candidates. Her work at BCG has focused on transformation initiatives in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining BCG, Gina received a BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a PhD in Cancer Biology from Emory University. Outside of work, Gina enjoys going on road trips and hanging out with family and friends.

Miles Fuller

ADC Ethnic Diversity Recruiting Specialist

Miles Fuller is a Consultant in the Atlanta office. He joined BCG as a Consultant in 2016. His work at BCG has focused around transforming and developing comprehensive strategies for Information Technology capabilities for clients in the Energy sector. Miles received a BS in Biology from Morehouse College and a PhD from Northwestern University in Biomedical Sciences for his research into the function of short chain fatty acid receptor in the pancreatic beta cell. Miles enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

NAMR ADC Recruiting Manager

Erin supports ADC recruiting efforts from BCG's target North American campuses. Prior to her current role, Erin served as both Recruiting Associate and Coordinator in BCG's New York Metro offices, based out of New York City, where she supported both MBA and ADC consultant hiring. Prior to joining BCG, she was a member of the on campus recruitment team of Marakon Associates and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. She is currently based in BCG's Detroit office where she is pursuing her MBA at the University of Michigan.

Riti Vats

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Riti joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Prior to BCG, she worked as a Recruiter at Sabre. Riti received her B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. In her free time, Riti loves to travel, hit the gym, and spend time with family and friends.

The application deadline is April 2, 2017 for candidates interested in starting full time positions by August 2017. Applications for full time positions with 2018 start dates should be submitted between May 1 to July 23, 2017. Please attach your one-page business-style resume, cover letter, unofficial undergraduate transcript, and self-reported standardized test scores (with sub-score breakdowns).
