Carolyn Ford

Associate Recruiting Director - Class of 2017

Carolyn Ford, Principal, Dallas, interned at the office in 2011 and joined BCG full time in 2012. Carolyn graduated from Duke University with a BA in Psychology and earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business. Carolyn has spent most of her time working with Education and Public Sector clients. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, yoga, jogging, playing pick-up basketball and traveling.

Kelsey Clark

Associate Recruiting Director - Class of 2018

Kelsey Clark, Principal, Dallas joined BCG in 2012. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics and earned an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. At The Boston Consulting Group, she has consulted to clients in the public sector, energy, industrial goods, telecom, education, and consumer industries. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cheering the Tar Heels during college basketball season.

Keith Melker

Recruiting Partner

Keith Melker, Partner and Managing Director, Dallas, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He has deep interest in Consumer thinking and behavior and is primarily focused on the Consumer and Retail industries. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he served as Co-President of the HBS Student Association. He earned a BBA with Special Distinction from The University of Oklahoma with majors in Finance and Management Information Systems. Prior to attending graduate school, Keith worked for Reliant Energy in Houston in their wholesale business. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, traveling, playing and watching sports, and being outdoors.

Haley joined BCG after she graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree with a minor in Business Administration. In her free time, Haley enjoys traveling, going to live concerts, trying out new restaurants and spending time with her family and friends.

Megan Ernst

School Specialist

Megan Ernst is an Associate in the Dallas office and joined BCG in August 2015. Her work while at BCG has included a strategy case for a large restaurant chain, a growth strategy case for a US-based hotel chain in China, and a private equity due diligence. Prior to joining BCG, Megan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Middlebury College with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology. While in college, she was a four-year varsity swimmer and founded and ran a mentoring program focused on college access for high school students in the surrounding community. Megan enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Jacob Marco

School Specialist

Jacob Marco is an Associate in the Dallas office and joined BCG in June, 2015.  His experience includes a growth strategy case for a large consumer electronics manufacturer, a change management strategy case for a large public-sector engineering firm and a cost reduction case for a global semiconductor manufacturer. Prior to joining BCG, Jacob interned at Peak Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm. Jacob holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. In his spare time, Jacob enjoys playing and listening to music (can play trombone and piano), playing basketball, running marathons, and watching college sports.

Dean Itani

School Specialist

Dean Itani is an associate in the Dallas office, and joined BCG in the fall of 2015. His work while at BCG has included branding strategy for a restaurant, loyalty program development for a clothing retailer, and pricing strategy for a grocer. Prior to joining BCG, Dean graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Biology. While at Harvard, he was active in the Leadership Institute at Harvard College and in his dorm, Cabot House. Dean enjoys rooting for Dallas professional sports teams (how 'bout them Cowboys), playing foosball, and reading.

Julie Cook

Recruiting Lead

Julie joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2014. Prior to joining the BCG recruiting team, Julie worked in professional services recruiting and at the executive office of her sorority, Tri Delta. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from The University of Iowa and a master's degree in higher education administration from Western Illinois University. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, home improvement projects, and being outside.
