Satoshi Kiyama

Partner & Managing Director


Since joining The Boston Consulting Group in 2001, Satoshi Kiyama has worked closely with clients in a variety of industries such as automotive, trading business, high tech, real estate, and energy and utilities.

He is a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods practice, as well as the Global Advantage and People & Organizations practices. He leads the Global Advantage practice in Japan. Satoshi has a thorough knowledge of new business development, portfolio management, business development in rapidly developing economies (RDEs), and postmerger integration (PMI).

Satoshi’s recent client work at BCG includes strategy for new mobility, retail strategy for automotive, new business strategy in Africa, supply chain management reform in India and Southeast Asia, new business development in health care, food, agriculture, and after-service business in automotive.

Prior to joining BCG, Satoshi worked in the real estate department of Itochu Corporation, where he was responsible for real estate securitization in Japan.
